Cancellation Policy for Nida Holistic Care
We value your time and strive to provide dedicated care to every patient. To ensure smooth scheduling, we request the following:
1. Appointments & Cancellations
– If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Rescheduling:
– If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
3. No-Show Policy:
– If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly request prior notice. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to the full consultation fee.
3. Special Circumstances:
– In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we request that you inform us as soon as possible. We will consider your situation and may, at our discretion, waive or adjust any applicable fees.
